We at Picturelaser work very hard and fast to create your custom crystal, pack and ship it in order for you to receive and enjoy it as quickly as possible. This means that if you want to cancel your order, you'll need to let us know ASAP. Email us at and let us know your reason for wanting to cancel.

If your order is ready to ship or partially ready when we receive your request, we should still be able to cancel your order. However, we will subtract a 30% customization fee from your refund for the work that has already been completed.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The order must be returned to us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date.
Please provide a brief explanation regarding the return along with your account information.
The goods must be packed in the original box.
This guarantee applies to all of our customers and retailers.
For personalized crystals, a 20% customization fees apply.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Picture Laser was founded with our customers best interest in mind. We offer a 30-day return or replacement on all online purchases if the product has defects. Re-shipping charges apply to all replacements or exchanges. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Contact us at to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to ensure proper credit for return.


All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
